Digital Council Focuses on Web Optimization

We spent an hour talking about Web optimization, and how much the state-of-the-art Web strategies mirror what we learned to do in telesales over the years, such as optimizing the greeting to get people to stay on the phone and then get them the right offers (upsell/down-sell) at the right time to get an order.
