IRCE, taking place at Chicago’s McCormick Place West, June 7-10, boasts networking events, an expansive exhibit hall and a focused conference agenda.

Hosting an incredible roster of knowledgeable speakers next month, IRCE has top leaders kicking off the two main conference days—from Dell, NASA, Steve Madden, and TigerFitness.com—who are not to be missed.

Wednesday, June 8 kicks off with Greg Bowen, Dell’s Vice President, Dell Commerce Services. In this Keynote Address, he will showcase examples of their new platform and how it enables added functionality and Dell.com’s ability to respond rapidly to market opportunities around the world, as well as what that’s achieved for Dell. Following Dell is Social Media Manager John Yembrick from NASA. Like many retailers, NASA does not have a big budget for social media initiatives and yet its highly diversified portfolio now has nearly 500 social accounts across 12 platforms. Attendees will be inspired to view their own brands through fresh eyes and explore uncharted territory to reach a broader audience through social media.

Continuing the momentum on Thursday, June 9, Mark Friedman, President, E-Commerce at Steve Madden discusses the foundational elements enabling a unified customer experience— from a new mobile app, personalized content, business intelligence tools and, ultimately, a database that provides a 360-degree view of each customer’s behavior across all selling channels and every device. Directly after, Marc Lobliner, Chief Marketing Officer at TigerFitness.com, details how, with limited resources and staff, he crafted a highly diversified social regimen that reaches consumers on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Vine, its own app and Periscope live video streaming.

Agenda topics include new trends in retail marketing, SEO techniques, selling strategies, B2B e-commerce, fulfillment & customer service, social media, and so much more. You can design the conference experience that best benefits your business by choosing from 130 separate sessions; with six day-long workshops on the opening and closing days and 10 conference tracks on the two main days.

IRCE attracts nearly 10,000 attendees and is beneficial for businesses of all sizes. Plus, there are multiple pass type options to help you make the most out of your time away from the office.

Online registration makes attending easy! Simply register and ensure you use the code WS200 to save on your conference pass. If you sell online, you should attend IRCE.
