The Great Ideas Summit is heading to sunny Orlando, Florida in 2016. Everybody loves Miami but I think you’ll find that Orlando, the show and the hotel all offer great opportunities for business development, deal-making and fun.

I traveled to Orlando this spring and was pleasantly surprised. I think you’ll be surprised too. We plan to add a number of fun and productive events to the show this year…helping you to do business, network like a champ and enjoy yourself.

Check out these five highlights.

1. A Beautiful Resort

The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is located on 1,500 acres with 21 acres of beautifully landscaped outdoor gardens. It’s a little paradise, just for you. The hotel boasts four bars and lounges, two restaurants, two pools with 12 waterfalls, a tennis & raquet club, four Jack Nicklaus Signature Design golf courses, a 3-par golf course, three running paths, 24-hour fitness center, a spa, boating, beach volleyball, biking…and more. Phew!

2. Golf Tournament

New this year, ERA will organize an 18-hole golf tournament. It’s a great opportunity to network with key partners and drive new business, all on a gorgeous golf course. Not ready to take the tournament plunge? No problem. Check out the Grand Cypress Academy of Golf where you can work on your swing with top pros.

3. After Hours with ERA

We added an after-hours party each night to keep the party going with ERA. Join colleagues for after-hours music and an expanded bar in the hotel lobby. Return from a productive business dinner and keep the party going…all on us.

4. Dedicated Concierge

Located in the conference area, the dedicated concierge is available to Summit attendees to assist with your dining, entertainment and transportation planning. We can't promise Mr. Carson but I think you get what we mean!

5. Morning Runs with Jim Perrus

ERA Membership Director and runner extraordinaire, Jim Perrus, will lead morning runs around the grounds of the hotel. Choose from 1k, 3k and 5k courses to help shake off the cobwebs from the previous night! We promise no flame jumping!

We look forward to seeing you in Orlando, February 22-24, 2016!
